DELIVERY

PAYMENT

Payment is required prior to dispatch. Orders will not be processed until funds are cleared. All orders must be paid for in UK Pounds Sterling or US Dollars via PayPal or FirstData. Both methods accept major credit or debit cards. FirstData does not accept PayPal payments so please choose PayPal if you want to use funds in your PayPal account. All your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits which is the highest level commercially available. Please note that we are unable to accept payment by cheque, postal order, email, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Should you wish to cancel your order please inform us immediately and we can arrange a return of funds. If the order has already been dispatched please do not accept and sign for it, this will allow it to be returned to us without being opened. Once delivered and signed for our pads are excluded from the standard returns policy for obvious reasons of hygiene. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. It is your responsibility to check your order upon delivery for shortages and damages and contact us within 3 working days should there be any problems whatsoever.

YOUR PRIVACY

We at CurvyPads are committed to protecting the privacy of both our site visitors and customers, we fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you or where we have your permission to do so. We do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

ALL ORDERS ARE BOXED AND DISCRETELY PACKAGED WITHOUT LOGOS OR COMPANY/PRODUCT INFO! DELIVERIES OUTSIDE EUROPE REQUIRE A DESCRIPTION ON THE CUSTOMS LABEL, WE MARK THIS LABEL WITH ‘SHAPED MOULDING’ ALTHOUGH WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO CHANGE IF YOUR SUGGESTION IS ACCEPTABLE.

HOW LONG

We will endeavour to dispatch all goods within 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Allow 2 working days for post in the UK and 5 working days for outside the UK.

DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR UK CUSTOMERS

Royal Mail Signed For: to any UK address, if you miss the postman he will leave a note with details of where to collect or how to arrange a re-delivery.

Collect Plus: your order will arrive at the Collect Plus Site you requested, bring some identification and your reference number when collecting.

DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK

International Signed For: Royal Mail pass packages over to your countries national postal service who will ask for a signature upon receipt. They will leave a note if you miss them and give details of how to arrange a re-delivery or where you can collect your parcel from.

DHL: these guys ship world wide and have a great reputation. Simply select this option in the cart. We only use DHL for medium & large CurvyPads ordered together by customers outside the UK

LOST IN THE POST

On the rare occasion that orders are lost in the post, we will happily re-send your order. We must allow 28 working days before the parcel can be logged as lost.

OTHER

When orders are dispatched your receive an email with a reference/tracking number as proof of postage. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
